Before You Buy

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions Malaysian buyers ask us first — running cost, delivery, warranty, spare parts, and which model fits the work you do.

How much can I save compared with petrol?

Plug in your numbers — most operators cut energy costs by up to 70% versus petrol.

RM 0

Estimated saving per month vs petrol

RM 0 / year across your fleet

Assumes 0.036 L petrol and 0.07 kWh electricity per km. The default petrol price is the unsubsidised RON95 rate — on subsidised fuel (around RM 2.05/L) the saving is smaller. Illustrative only: ask us for a figure for your own operation.

Which model should I choose?

The line-up starts at RM 14,599 ex-works. The right one depends on your load and your ground: the T1800-N is the value option with a manual tipping bed, the T1800-N-D adds an electric hydraulic tipper, and the T1800-S-D adds a stainless steel body and a 2,500 W motor. Compare all three, or tell us what you move and we will recommend one.

How long does delivery take?

Units held in Senawang ship within 5 working days across Peninsular Malaysia. Vehicle prices are ex-works, so freight is quoted separately — for East Malaysia and fleet orders we confirm both the freight and the date before you pay.

What does the warranty actually cover?

12 months on the vehicle and 3 months on the battery, covering manufacturing defects. Ask us for the full terms before you order and we will send them over.

Can I see one before I commit?

Come to the Senawang yard in Negeri Sembilan, load the bed and try it out yourself. We confirm a slot within one working day.

Are spare parts and batteries available locally?

Spare parts are held in Senawang. The battery is a standard 72 V lead-acid size, so replacements are not locked to us.

Still have a question?

Tell us what you move and over what distance. We will recommend the right model, quote the full landed cost, and arrange a test ride at our Senawang yard.
